The Guide was very Understanding, excellent, great information very king and generous. Like the rooms traditional stay mix and very nice rooms. It was good to try many dishes. (Coming back to Bhutan on March 2014) — in Bhutan.

Dear Pila,
1) Our Guide, Mr.Sangay, his service was splendid. He was informative, attentive and cooperative. He adjusted sequence of our Itinerary based on road condition, our requirements and our stamina. He even ensured that we had got plenty of local dishes along the way (We craved for local home cooked food and told him upon arrival.) One of his outstanding services was going extra miles to retrieve my hand phone back and to bring us the place – Daw Aung San Suu Kyi’s house – that we were dying to visit. Needless to say that he made sure that we were in the Taktsang Monastery even though VVIP movements were on that day. He was our guide, our photographer, our cook & our personal attendant during our visit.
2) Mr Price, our Driver, was helpful. He slowed down the speed as soon as he spotted that we were taking pictures without annoyance, it happened literally every 10 min when we were on the way to Paro. More importantly he drove safely, no recklessness of his found during our stay there. Transport was clean.
3) Overall accommodations were in order, even though their breakfast needs to be improved, especially at Phanaka. I found that toasts were so hard to chew, no soft drinks at the breakfast spread on 2nd day. We did not take proper breakfast at Paro, except packed breakfast which turned out to be good. At Paro, we were told that we had to take turn (40mins gaps) to have a hot shower one after another. Eventually it was ok as we did not need to take longer in between.
Generally all staffs are quite courteous at everywhere. ( Yelha Bhutan Tours Reply: we have complained to the Resort in Punakha about the breakfast 'Our Apologies'' and also since the resort was over packed at that day, the heating couldn't cope with the needs of the clients, the management has 'Written' apologized to the company' about the inconvinence caused.
4) Most of the restaurants, food were good. Particularly I loved the food at the farm house, especially cottage Cheese dish.
Largely we found the service provided was excellent, we enjoyed thoroughly throughout our stay.

Both our guide Sangay and diver Mr. Bhutan kept us entertained during the drives between places. The made us laugh a lot and appreciate this wonderful country. We had no complaints, as it was what we expected and would whole heartedly recommend your company to others.
