😊 How I ended up going to Bhutan is totally unexpected. A chat with a friend, then a very little information that I got, and quite a bit of financial support from my parents, I was off to go to Bhutan. We flew to Bhutan by a charter flight, so it was quick getting there from Hanoi, Vietnam. Still I had a little to none expectation about what I was going to experience.
✈️ I was first off surprised by the hospitality of the staff of Yelha, they gave us the warmest welcome that I could have imagined. Secondly, the service that this company provided us throughout the trip was great, hands down to that. The guides were professional, passionate, and caring for the people in the trip. The drivers were fantastic. They also had stories to tell if people were willing to get close to them and ask.
😊 Have you ever met a CEO of a travel company who cares for the customers so much he goes on a five-hour trek with his customers? On the last day of our trip, we had to go on a trek to one of the most sacred destination of Bhutan and it took about 5-6 hours to get there and back. PILA- the CEO, went on a hike with us, jokes around so that the people in our group would feel less tired. While Pila talked, walked and joked with us, the drivers and the guides helped us carrying our belongings.
💕 They also happily explained, and answered our, questions, about the country, about them when asked.
I cannot agree more that Yelha is one of the best travel companies in Bhutan. If you ever decide to have a tour with them, either custom, or pre-planned, you are in good hands.
Myself, I definitely will come back to Bhutan because of this awesome crew.

😊 Nói thật, ai cũng nên 1 lần đặt chân tới Bhutan để thấy họ hạnh phúc và vì sao họ hạnh phúc. Lần này được đi với công ty Yelha đến đất mước Bhutan bằng máy bay charter là một trải nghiệm khó quên mà khiến bản thân lúc về rồi vẫn còn thèm ở lại Bhutan thêm tí xíu nữa. Vì thực sự, 5 ngày ở Bhutan là khoảng thời gian ngắn nhưng đủ làm người ta mê lắm cái sự thuần hậu, chân chất của người Bhutan, mê luôn cái cảm giác được bao bọc bởi thiên nhiên, núi rừng, sông nước. Tới đất nước này, tôi càng mê hơn những câu chuyện mà người với người chia sẻ với nhau về những truyền thống, văn hoá của những nơi mà họ đi qua. Yelha không chỉ cung cấp dịch vụ với lịch trình “chất lượng” mà còn “lựa” những người hướng dẫn viên chuyên nghiệp, có tâm với nghề, với người, và với nơi mà họ gắn bó – là Bhutan.
Đó giờ chưa thấy ông CEO nào mà kì cục tự nhiên đích thân dắt khách đi hết chỗ này chỗ kia dù có bận bao nhiêu thứ. Lại còn đi hỏi han những người trong đoàn để biết được sở thích ăn uống của mọi người mà chuẩn bị chu đáo nữa. Pila is the best! Pila là nhất.
Ôi nói về chuyến Bhutan tháng 7 vừa rồi và công ty Yelha, có kể thêm mấy ngày nữa cũng không hết, có khen mấy thì cũng như dư thừa. Nhưng mà về nhà, nghĩ lại từng ngày trong chuyến đi, không khen không được.
